Project Summary
CondoPulse is a full-stack monorepo: a Next.js 15 App Router web app and API (Drizzle/Postgres on Neon, better-auth) deployed on Vercel, an Expo/React Native mobile app (Material 3 on Android, Liquid Glass on iOS), an Astro marketing site, and Starlight documentation on Cloudflare.
The public status page shows 90-day uptime bars for elevators and amenities, active incidents, and maintenance windows. A full-screen kiosk mode is designed for lobby TVs, and any building website can drop in the live status widget with a script tag.
Behind the scenes it handles the operational plumbing: email-in incident creation, HMAC-signed outbound webhooks, Vercel Cron SLA sweeps and weekly digests, CSV export, and per-asset QR stickers that deep-link to pre-filled report forms, all running on $0/month infrastructure (Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare, Resend free tiers).
